• Wireframing: Designed the wireframes to define the flow and interaction

• UI Design: Designed high-fidelity UI of the core function
• Cross-product Coordination: Assess this feature’s relevance to other products to ensure feature replicability and design alignment
• Project Management: Managed UI designer and copywriter for this project. Liaise with engineers and product management on the implementation plan

The company pivoted to be a Lifestyle Platform in 2019, where it strives to provide a comprehensive set of services to further enrich travelers’ experience beyond Flights and Hotels.

Problem Overview
Back in 2017, Traveloka was aiming to grow our outbound travelers (travelers who fly to a different country). From my exploratory research, we learned that we needed to build several new features and functions to serve their needs, and seat selection is one of them.

❒ Ensure that they are comfortable in a long flight
• Choose flight with desirable features (Complete flight facilities information)
• Get the best seat they can get (Seat selection)
• Get necessary facilities to make the flight (Purchase services)
❒ Ensure they don’t face or can mitigate mishaps that jeopardize their flight
• Check-in early to mitigate late arrival (Online check-in)
• Fast problem resolution (riskier than domestic flight) (Prioritized CS)
❒ Get the most perks from flying abroad
• Accumulate miles (Frequent Flyer Integration)
